CANCELLATION POLICY

🧚🏼‍♀️ I charge 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 18 hours of the scheduled appointment. 💋If I am unable to process the fee, for future bookings you will be banned from booking until the outstanding balance has been paid. Once the balance is settled, all future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking. 🪩 NO Refunds - Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or adverse responses, as these are not a result of improper service. Patch tests are available upon request and free. 💿 Please be okay with laying down for 2-4 hours depending on the service. (bathrooms are available if needed) 🎱 If you are coming in for a fresh full set and have existing lash extensions, you must book a lash removal as well. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being canceled if there is not enough time scheduled for both services. I do not rush my work and need adequate time to provide the best results.
